1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
6 organic eggs
1/3 cup chopped Canadian bacon (optional)
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
cooking spray ( I used coconut oil spray)
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cut pastry into 6 squares and put them into greased muffin tin.
Pierce bottom and sides with a fork.
Spread the bacon and break an egg into each cup.
Season with salt and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until egg is set to your preference.
