Ingredients: whole wheat pita, 4 slices lean bacon, 1 tomato (chopped), 1/4 cup yogurt sauce or light mayonnaise, 1 cup chopped lettuce.
Yogurt Sauce: 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 garlic clove (optional). Blend together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil and mustard. Stir in pressed garlic.
Put the bacon in a large skillet and cook the bacon until crisp. Transfer to a paper towel to drain and cool. Crumble the bacon.
Spread 2 tbs sauce on the top of pita. Add lettuce, tomato and top with the bacon. Drizzle with desired amount of dressing. Enjoy!
