BLT Pita bread Pizza with Yogurt Sauce. No baking required...

Whole wheat large pita
4 slices lean bacon
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup yogurt sauce or light mayonnaise
1 cup chopped lettuce
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon mustard
1 garlic clove (optional)
Blend together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil and mustard. Stir in pressed garlic.
Put bacon in a large skillet and cook the bacon until crisp.
Transfer to a paper towel to drain and cool, break into small pieces.
Spread 2 tablespoons of Yogurt sauce or mayo on the top of pita.
Add lettuce, tomato and top with bacon.
Drizzle with desired amount of dressing.
