1 pound chicken tenders
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon pink salt
Vegetable oil spray
Preheat Oven to 425°F.
In shallow dish, place flour.
In another shallow dish, whisk eggs and salt.
Dip chicken tenders into egg mixture, then coat with flour.
Prepare baking sheet with cooking spray.
Place chicken tenders in a single layer.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Gently flip each piece, and bake for another 10 minutes.
Garnish with scallions and serve with organic ketchup.
