8 oz tea biscuits, or shortbread cookies, or unsalted crackers
1 cup chocolate chips. semi-sweet
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup fruit jellies, cut in small pieces
5 tablespoons butter
2-3 tablespoons condensed milk
Crush the cookies into coarse crumbs.
Add walnuts and jellies, mix well.
In a medium pot melt the butter and chocolate chips, stirring frequently.
Combine all ingredients, add condensed milk, mix well.
Scoop the mixture onto parchment paper or aluminum.
Shape the mixture into the shape of salami and wrap it tightly inside.
Chill in the freezer for 2-3 hours before serving.
