2 medium zucchini
2-3 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Wash zucchini and cut into noodles using a spiral cutter.
Melt coconut oil on a pan over medium heat.
Add your zoodles on the pan and cover.
Stir occasionally for 10-15 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle lemon juice. Enjoy!
