Easy Hummus Recipe.

1 1/2 cup well cooked or canned chickpeas, drained
1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)
1 clove garlic, peeled
2 table spoons extra virgin olive oil, plus oil for drizzling
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 table spoon ground cumin
1/2 table spoon paprika
Pink salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves for garnish
1 table spoon sesame seeds (optional)
Place the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil in a blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cumin, sesame seeds and paprika.
Serve with toasted pita bread or celery sticks.
