PREPARATION: 20 min
2/5 cups multi grain crackers
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons cocoa powder (unsweetened).
In a food processor with the knife blade, blend the crackers until finely ground, place them in a large bowl.
Add melted butter, condensed milk and cocoa powder, mix well. Using your hands, form the mixture into the shape of a potatoes.
Dust potatoes with cocoa powder. Decorate with nuts or white cream.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
