Choose organic and fresh lemons in order to get the full health benefits. Make sure the water is filtered but still contains the natural occurring minerals in water.

6 cups filtered water
2 lemons, 1 squeezed, 1 thinly sliced
a handful of fresh mint
Place the water in a jug or pitcher.
Add freshly squeezed lemon juice, lemon slices and mint, stir well.
Serving this drink warm or at room temperature is the best choice.
