1/2 cup Almond Milk
2 teaspoons plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup organic rolled oats
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 cup organic berries
1-2 teaspoons raw honey (optional)
Place the oats, milk and yogurt in a container. Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight to soften.
In the morning, serve with fresh berries and honey.
