1/4 cup oat bran or whole grain rolled oats
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 small pear, chopped
1 teaspoon dried cranberries or 3-5 fresh cranberries
1 teaspoon or to taste raw honey
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Place oats, egg, baking powder and butter in a blender jar.
Blend on high until smooth and thick.
Spray an individual ramekin with cooking spray and place on a baking sheet.
Place pear and cranberries in the bottom of ramekin.
Add honey and oatmeal mixture on top.
Put ramekin in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until oatmeal is just set.
