PREPARATION: 20 min
1 lb pre-cooked shrimp meat, chopped
1 medium diced sweet onion
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
1 mango, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (5-6 lemons)
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine shrimp, onion, avocado, mango and cilantro together.
Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Squeeze juice from lemons, add to the salsa and marinate in the fridge at least 20 minutes.
Enjoy with tortilla chips.
