1 pound skirt or flank steak
1 1/2 cup sliced radish
1 cup corn
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2-3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
4-5 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 small sweet onion, chopped
6-8 corn tortillas, warmed
Salt and pepper to taste
Season steak with salt and pepper and cook about 7 minutes per side for medium-well.
Mix together radish, corn, cilantro, onion, chili sauce and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Slice steak and serve on tortillas topped with radish salsa.
