PREPARATION: 20 min
4 ounces sushi-grade tuna, cut into 1/4-inch dice
1 ripe avocado, chopped
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 medium mango, chopped
1 teaspoon wasabi powder
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Sesame seeds, for garnish
Combine tuna, avocado, mango, cucumber, soy sauce and wasabi powder.
Squeeze juice from lemon, add to the tuna mixture.
Add the sesame seeds, and season to taste.
Allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour for the flavors to blend.
Use a martini glass for a beautiful presentation.
