2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
1 big tomato, sliced
3 turkey bacon slices
1/4 cup chopped lettuce
1/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt
2 teaspoons mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Line the baking tray with parchment paper and place bacon slices on top. Bake until crisp and browned.
In a small cup, mix Greek Yogurt with mustard.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the Yogurt sauce on the toasted bread, place the lettuce on top, add bacon and tomato slices.
Finish with second slice of bread and cut in half.
