2 cups whole wheat white flour
1 3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat waffle iron.
Beat eggs in large bowl with hand beater until fluffy.
Add the flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix well.
Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour waffle mix onto hot waffle iron.
Cook until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite jam, honey or maple syrup.
