1 cup mixed berries (I used frozen organic mixed berry blend)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 large eggs
1/2 cup white whole wheat flour,
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix oil, eggs and sugar until well blended.
Mix all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Stir dry ingredients into the oil/sugar/eggs mixture. Mix well, fold in the berries.
Pour the mixture into greased baking pan ( I used 8x8 square) and bake for 30-35 minutes at 350° F.
Cool completely before cutting.
