Whole Roasted Cauliflower. Awesome treat for a healthy table...

1 head cauliflower
1 cup low fat natural yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves, pressed
any spices that you like ( I used roast vegetables spice blend).
Preheat oven to 400°F and lightly grease a small baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Trim the base of the cauliflower to remove any green leaves and the woody stem.
In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt with egg, spices and pressed garlic, mix well.
Place the cauliflower into the bowl and use a brush or your hands to smear the marinade evenly over its surface.
Save some marinade for later.
Place the cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet, cover up with foil and roast for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the foil and sprinkle with marinade, roast without cover up for 10-15 minutess until the surface is dry and lightly browned.
Let the cauliflower cool for 10 minutes before cutting it into wedges.
